Challenge
With a portfolio of over 70 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, TFE Hotels was aiming to continue to expand and innovate in the hospitality industry. However, TFE Hotels were operating a global business with minimal automation and business processes to support the talent management lifecycle, workforce planning, and payroll for their 2,500 staff members.
This had led to a number of disparate, time-consuming, and inconsistent manual processes across their HR operations, with standalone legacy systems that were not fit for organisational scalability and agility.
Approach
Glisk was engaged to lead the project management and change management activities across the lifecycle of the Dayforce implementation at TFE Hotels, including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Management, and Payroll modules.
There were a number of key services and activities, which included:
- Project Management – including system design, build, testing, integration, cutover, and post go-live support
- Test Management – during all stages of testing, including UAT and parallel pay testing
- Change Management – developed and executed the change management strategy
- Stakeholder Management – critical task of managing key business stakeholders, the implementation partner, and software vendor
Results
Glisk helped TFE Hotels in the successful implementation, embedding, and transition to BAU of Dayforce modules across all regions for over 2,500 staff. This delivered the following benefits:
